HappyVore.com Game and Parc Astérix

Article 1: Organization

The SAS LES NOUVEAUX FERMIERS, with a capital of €16,523.46, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer,” with its principal place of business located at 50 rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 Paris, registered under RCS Paris number 880 710 223, is organizing a contest requiring a purchase from July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, at midnight (including that day).

Article 2: Participants

This contest, which requires a purchase, is open exclusively to individuals who are of legal age as of the contest start date and who reside in metropolitan France (excluding Corsica).

Excluded from the contest are individuals who do not meet the above conditions, as well as employees of “the Organizer,” and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, production, or management of the contest, along with their spouses and family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, whether or not they live in the same household.

“The Organizer” reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of compliance with the conditions set forth above. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof will be excluded from the contest and, in the event of a win, will not be eligible to receive their prize.

Only one entry per person is permitted (same name, same address). “The Organizer” reserves the right to conduct any verification necessary to ensure compliance with this rule.

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 3: Terms and Conditions of Participation

Participants must complete the information form fully and accurately for their registration to be validated. Players acknowledge and agree that the information entered in the registration form serves as proof of their identity.

Items covered by the proof of purchase: HappyVore Veggie Chipos (EAN: 3 770 016 162 098) and HappyVore Plant-Based Merguez (EAN: 3 770 016 162 043)

Any entry submitted in violation of these rules will be deemed invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be disqualified from the contest by “the Organizer” without the Organizer being required to provide an explanation. Any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or illegible—whether intentionally or not—or submitted in a format other than that specified in these rules will be considered void. The same penalty will apply in the event of multiple entries.

Article 4: Winnings

The prizes are distributed as follows:

• 1st through 50th prize: 2 tickets to Parc Astérix (€130, including tax)

Details:
Each ticket is valid for 1 (one) person and 1 (one) day from September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026 (excluding October 11, 18, 25, and 31, and November 1 and 8, 2025; excluding “Nocturnes Peur sur le Parc” evenings ” 2025 events (7:00 PM–1:00 AM), excluding May 1, 8, 14, 15, 16, 23, and 24, 2026, and excluding special events and days when Parc Astérix is closed; the opening schedule is available at www.parcasterix.fr). Tickets cannot be combined with any other current promotion. Parking is not included.

Any unused ticket at the end of its validity period (September 30, 2026) will be permanently forfeited and cannot be carried over.

• 51st prize: Admission tickets + a stay for 4 people at Parc Astérix (€1,274, including tax)

Details:
1 (one) stay for 4 (four) people, each consisting of: 4 (four) adult tickets for 2 (two) days at Parc Astérix, one night at Hôtel Les Trois Hiboux, La Cité Suspendue, Les Quais de Lutèce, or at one of Parc Astérix’s partner hotels, subject to Parc Astérix’s operating schedule and hotel availability. Breakfast and dinner for 4 (four) people, booking fees, and hotel parking fees are included. Not included: optional cancellation insurance, tourist tax (€1.70 per adult aged 18 and over per night for Les Trois Hiboux and La Cité Suspendue; €2.60 per adult aged 18 and over per night for Les Quais de Lutèce), round-trip travel expenses, lunch and beverages, Parc Astérix parking, and personal expenses.

Each stay is valid for 4 (four) people traveling together, through September 29, 2026, excluding Saturday evenings, the eve of holidays, holidays, days when Parc Astérix is closed, evening openings, and special events. These packages cannot be combined with any other current promotion.

Any package not used by the end of its validity period (September 29, 2026) will be permanently forfeited and cannot be carried over.

Total value: €7,774 (including tax).

The value of the prizes is determined at the time these rules were drafted and may not be contested.

All expenses incurred after the contest, particularly those related to the maintenance and use of these prizes, are entirely the responsibility of the winner.

Article 5: Selection of Winners

At the end of the contest, the drawing will take place on October 1, 2025.

Article 6: Announcement of Winners

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided when they entered the contest.

Article 7: Prize Distribution

Prizes will be sent by email.

Winners agree to accept the prizes as offered, without the possibility of exchange—including for cash, other goods, or services of any kind—or transfer of the prize to a third party. Similarly, these prizes may not be the subject of any claims for compensation.

“The Organizer” reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control—including those related to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances—to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value. The winner will be notified of any such changes.

Article 8: Use of Participants' Personal Data

Participants’ information is collected and used by “the Organizer” to record their participation in the contest and to facilitate the awarding of prizes.

Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data provided in connection with this contest. They also have the right to object to the use of their data for marketing purposes outside the scope of this contest, which they may exercise upon registration by writing to “The Organizer” at the address listed in Article 1.

The winner(s) authorize “The Organizer” to use their contact information (last name, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, in any medium whatsoever, without this conferring upon them any compensation, right, or benefit whatsoever, other than the awarding of their prize.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), the participant may exercise their right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent by writing to “the Organizer” at the address specified in Article 1.

It may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it from “the Organizer.”

“The Organizer” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without participants being entitled to any compensation. Article 10: Industrial and Intellectual Property

The reproduction, display, or use of all or any part of the elements comprising the game, including these rules, is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the website, as well as on websites accessible via hyperlinks from this site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected worldwide by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement and is subject to criminal penalties.

Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos, and symbols constitutes infringement subject to criminal penalties.

Participation in this contest implies participants’ full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 11: Liability

“The Organizer” shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.

“The Organizer” shall not be held liable for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, or illegible postmarks resulting from the actions of the postal service. Nor shall it be held liable, and no legal action may be brought against it, in the event of circumstances constituting force majeure (strikes, severe weather, etc.) that partially or completely prevent participants from taking part in the contest and/or winners from receiving their prizes.

“The Organizer,” as well as its service providers and partners, shall under no circumstances be held liable for any incidents that may arise from the use of the prizes by the winners or their guests once the winners have taken possession of them.

Similarly, “the Organizer,” as well as its service providers and partners, shall not be held liable for the loss or theft of prizes by the winners once they have taken possession of them. Any additional costs incurred in taking possession of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners, who may not seek any compensation from “the Organizer,” its service providers, or its partners.

Article 12: Disputes and Claims

These rules are governed by French law.

“The Organizer” reserves the right to make a final and binding decision on any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no disputes will be accepted—in particular regarding the contest rules, the results, the prizes, or their receipt—one month after the end of the contest. Except in cases of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information generated by the Organizer’s contest systems shall be deemed conclusive evidence in any dispute regarding connection details and the computer processing of said information related to the contest.

Any complaint must be submitted to the Organizer within one month of the contest’s end date. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Participation in the game constitutes full acceptance of these rules.

Article 13: Evidence Agreement

By express agreement between the participant and “the Organizer,” “the Organizer’s” computer systems and files shall be the sole basis of proof.

The computerized records, stored in “the Organizer’s” computer systems under reasonable conditions of security and reliability, shall be considered proof of the interactions and communications that have taken place between “the Organizer” and the participant.

It is therefore agreed that, except in cases of manifest error, “The Organizer” may rely on—in particular to prove any act, fact, or omission—the programs, data, files, records, operations, and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other statements) of a computer-based, electronic, or digital nature, format, or medium, created, received, or stored directly or indirectly by “The Organizer,” particularly within its computer systems.

The aforementioned items thus constitute evidence, and if produced as evidence by “the Organizer” in any litigation or other proceeding, they shall be admissible, valid, and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions, and with the same probative value as any document that would be created, received, or retained in writing.

Any actions of any kind carried out using the username and password assigned to a participant following registration are irrefutably presumed to have been carried out under the participant’s responsibility.
