Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the contents of my box?

Once a subscription has started, you'll be able to change its contents at any time.

How do I do that?

From your subscription management interface, once you're logged in (using a 4-digit security code sent to your email address), go to:

"My Subscriptions" tab > "Manage Subscription" button > then "Edit Content" button

Once you've made the change, be sure to save it. These changes will take effect starting with the next shipment.

What are the available shipping frequencies?

Once a subscription has started, you can change the delivery frequency at any time to: 1, 2, 3, or 4 months (except for the 9-delivery subscription, which is limited to a frequency of 1 or 2 months only).

How do I do that?

From your subscription management interface, once you're logged in (using a 4-digit security code sent to your email address), go to:

"My Subscriptions" tab > "Manage Subscription" button > then "Delivery Frequency" button

Once you've made the change, be sure to save it. These changes will take effect immediately.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can pause your subscription to skip one or more deliveries, or cancel it permanently at any time. No hidden fees, no penalties.

What's the difference between Ma Box Végé and the Pack Miam?

Ma Box Végé has no commitment: you build your box item by item and can change or cancel it whenever you want.

The Pack Miam options offer a commitment of 3 or 6 deliveries at a reduced price (€99 or €89 per delivery for 5 kg of products).

How are products delivered?

Our delivery partner takes great care to ensure that our products are kept at -18°C throughout the entire delivery process. The packages are transported and stored in compartments maintained at sub-zero temperatures.

Delivery Notification

24–48 hours before delivery, you will receive a notification from the carrier informing you of the delivery window for in-person delivery. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule the delivery using a link in the carrier’s notifications.
