Our delivery partner takes great care to ensure that our products are kept at -18°C throughout the entire delivery process. 

Packages are transported and stored in compartments at sub-zero temperatures. 

✉️Delivery Notification

24–48 hours before delivery, you will receive a notification from the carrier informing you of the delivery window for in-person delivery. If you are unavailable, you can reschedule the delivery using a link provided in the carrier’s notifications.
